xx1ellesian6xx on November 26, 2009
Thanks so much for this!
You’re very patient, and I’m a complete beginner so I need it to be that way, haha. x

You are welcome and I especially appreciate hearing a beginner can learn advanced tasks from all my chatter!

justa a tip most of the people who make that work to images knows how to work with photoshop so you can explain all faster, my point is that i know how to work with photohop so you can be less spedific, n do it faster coz a 12 minutes tutorial becomes a little boring

Thank you

ok we get the idea, but the technique?, wouldn’t be more easier to use pen tool fist making the selections.?
photoshopmama on November 26, 2009
Thanks for the comment and I often preface my vids, knowing I’m long-winded but it’s for the benefit of beginners, so advanced users will just have to be patient. BTW ctrl-D is the shortcut to “Deselect” not to changing color. Don’t know if that’s your mistake or mine if it was mentioned in the video.
azamora2005 on November 26, 2009
thanks a lot for your video. I think they are great. However too long. I would say that if you are showing advanced techniques, avoid to explain basic things like press ctrl-D to change the color… etc.
thanks
I have the feeling of saying yes, yes, i know that – continue with the main idea please!
anyway you are a great help for beginers and for advanced with much patience

X key switches foreground / background colors. With the default black / white and when masking white reveals and black conceals…so it’s not really erasing, just appears that way.
